Cordless kettle in kitchen.
One small step up from kitchen into lounge.
Remote control T.V and D.V.D player in lounge.
One small step up from kitchen into bathroom
Bath with overhead shower in bathroom.
We regret we do not have an adapted bathroom or grab rail
One small step from kitchen into double bedroom
Patio doors leading from bedroom onto Patio with garden furniture.
Galleried twin bedroom on first floor, access via dogleg staircase (five steps followed by six more steps)
Laminate flooring with rugs throughout cottage.
Light on outside of cottage wall for safe return in the evening.
Private patio at rear of cottage accessed via one small step up.

Smoke detectors fitted throughout
Owners available on site in case of emergency
Bus stop is immediately outside entrance.
No phone available in cottage therefore it is advisable to have a mobile phone. (House phone can be used in case of emergency)
Nearest shop is a well-stocked Spar approx. 100yds from entrance
Assistance is offered with luggage
