Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Balance:
£100 deposit per week is payable on booking, balance to be paid 28 days before date of arrival. Late bookings may be accepted subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation any monies paid can only be
refunded if the cottage can be re-let. In any event a sum of £20 will be retained to cover administration costs.

Holiday duration:
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Short breaks of a minimum three nights may be available subject to availability
£55 to £100 per night subject to time of year
Arrival and departure:
Little Walton is to be vacated by 10:30am on your final day.
Heating and electricity:
Electricity and central heating is provided at no extra cost.
Linen:
Linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.
Pets:
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Smoking:
Little Walton is a NON SMOKING establishment.
